By controlling the breath consciously and intentionally, we can increase our focus and clarity, calm ourselves down, elevate our moods, feed our healthy cells, allow our skin to breathe, promote digestion, eliminate oxidative stress, lower our blood pressure, and sleep more deeply. There are so many benefits! Let's get together and and talk about breathwork and aromatherapy, and then do a breathwork session to uplift our energy and raise our frequency for the start of the new week! :)
