Making a decision to ignore all the naysayers early on forced me to discover ways to do EVERY DEAL POSSIBLE with little to no money. Sure the process was hard, long and slow but 1000% rewarding.
Since then I have uncovered how to wholesaled out-of-state, foreclosures, probate, condemn, burnouts, sheriff sales, tax sales, bank owned, and even short sales properties all with just as little as $10. Today I do 100% of my wholesale business with little to no money and you should too!
