With Public transportation: When you exit the Central station from the front, the 'Groot Handelsgebouw' will be located on your right side. CIC Rotterdam is located on the 4th floor of the Groot Handelsgebouw.

By Car: If you are coming by car, there is a parking garage under the building navigate to Conradstraat, Rotterdam for the entrance of the parking garage. Once parked you can take the elevator from the A-part of the building to the 4th floor.
