Ethical Philosophy: March Of Folly

From: Richard M.
Sent on: Saturday, November 10, 2012 4:17 PM

The characteristics of The March Of Folly were outlined by historian Barbara Tuchman in the 1970's.  The American folly in Vietnam prompted her to explain it.

According to her, it's a well worn path, a very common habit of leadership.

Compared to America today however, Vietnam seems like the age of sober reason.

My summary of folly's characteristics is posted in More > Files > 1.March Of Folly.doc
