Come and join us at our studio in Woodbridge for a Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga class! In this energizing and strength building yoga class, we combine the poses (asanas), flowing movement and breathing exercises to strengthen, balance, relax, and harmonize your body, mind and spirit. Vinyasa Flow Power Yoga is great for the intermediate - advanced yogi who wants to focus on breathing, strengthening and conditioning. In this class we use breathing techniques, mula bhandha (root lock), poses (asanas) and vinyasa flows to strengthen and tone and challenge our body, while syncing our breathing with the rhythmic flow to reduce stress and anxiety. Asanas are held more in this class, to help challenge and push you. If you're looking for a more intense Yoga class that challenges and conditions your body and your mind, this class would be great for you! Yoga has many great benefits and can help you with: weight loss and toning relieves pain, tension and stress improves posture improves flexibility and increases joint mobility boosts immune system & overall health helps with focus & improves mood Connect with yourself by combining body, mind and spirit! Make sure to bring your mat, water and your smiling faces! * Please arrive 5-15 minutes early for the class. Parking available in the front (spots marked 24 and visitor) and in the back of the building. Price: 10.00 for drop in (cash, email transfer or credit is accepted when paid in person) Bundle of 10 classes: 90.00 (9.00 a class, can be used at anytime) Bundle of 20 Classes:[masked] (7.50 a class, can be used at anytime for any of the Yoga classes) There is parking available in the front and in the back. Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early. About Niki Niki has experience working as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Wellness Specialist for over 10 years, in several gyms, helping many women of all ages get fit, eat healthier and make that lifestyle change they need to improve their lives. She has 10 years of personal experience managing chronic pain due to scoliosis, sciatica and plantar faciitis through exercise, stretching and Yoga. .Yoga and stretching have helped her reduce the pain & stiffness that she feels and help keep her moving. She also has learned to manage anxiety and depression through meditation, chakra healing and Yoga. Currently, she is a Yoga Instructor and is close to receiving her 200 YRT.

This is a group for everyone who wants to improve their fitness, health, and well-being through exercise, yoga, Karate, meditation and nutrition.

Learn how to manage chronic back pain, anxiety and stress through healthy living. We welcome all who have an interest in fitness, yoga, meditation, self defense (shaolin kempo karate) and exploring their spiritual side to come join us at one of our events!

Our private studio holds up to 10 students comfortably and is located at 111 Regina Rd, Unit 24 (one light south of HWY 7 & Martin Grove Rd.) There is a big red sign that says Martial Arts and Wellness Centre above our unit. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for the class, as we start at the time specified. Free Parking is available and details will be posted in the event info. :)
