Clarity Breathwork Community Session

790 W 8th Ave

"A profound liberatory practice to support lasting transformation" Updated Schedule: These sessions will be offered every 2nd and 4th Mondays through December: 9/9, 9/23, 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 11/25, 12/9, 12/23 Clarity Breathwork is a potent, yet gentle circular breathing technique that supports people to drop into the primal and limbic parts of us to access unconscious thoughts, emotions, and energies that may be limiting our lives to our conscious awareness to be acknowledged and released. Deep, continuous breathing can cleanse and heal on a cellular level, detoxing the energetic undercurrents of past trauma and stuck emotions. By leading us out of the cortical brains, the power of breath can lead to states of flow, oneness and bliss, clarity on one’s life purpose, forgiveness of self and others, relief from physical ailments, and an increase in vitality among many, many other benefits. The session begins with a few prompts to help you land, get present and connect with the group, and then a short intro to the technique. You will be lying down for the hour long breathing portion of the session, so please bring anything to make you more comfortable on the wood floor (pad, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.). There are not mats and blankets for everyone, so do bring your own nest making items. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. No experience required. Sound healing with crystal singing bowls is offered to end your journey and assist you in a gradual, gentle transition out of your experience. *** Free emotional expression and making vocal sound is welcomed with the invitation to have awareness for your fellow breathers. Catharsis is not the goal, yet whatever arises is welcome. This practice is not indicated for people with deep trauma that they've never addressed with previous support. It's also contraindicated for those with severe asthma. *** Registration encouraged for a discount. Drop-ins are welcome and doors will be locked at 7:10pm, so please arrive on-time.
