Server space?

Will there be an option to set up just a server in the space and get a static IP address(s)? I have some R&D projects that really don't fit into a normal ISP web hosting account and real co-location is mighty expensive. I am looking to rent a spot for a server or two.

Have you considered a VPS? I use Linode, basic plans start at $20 a month and get you a full virtual box with pretty good performance and full root access. Alternatively you can get an EC2 Micro instance free for 1 year, with certain bandwidth/cpu limits (great for development though).
