Welcome to Evergreen Cash Flow & Wealth Strategies.
You may have heard that real estate has created more wealth than any other investment vehicle. What you may not know is that there are so many different ways to DO real estate investing. What's more, did you know that you can be involved with real estate, and make money from it, without ever owning a single property?
This group is NOT about how to fix and flip or rehab houses. However, many real estate investors, fix & flippers actually just have a new JOB, and should learn about cash flow and passive income strategies so they can escape the RAT RACE.
As the name implies, this group is primarily about cash flow investments and wealth strategies. We have a bias towards investments that are secured by real estate, but we will discuss other wealth strategies as well, including many that do not even involve "investing", per se.
This is also a networking group, so we welcome anyone who is currently already investing, whether in real estate or some other asset, anyone who would like to invest, or particularly anyone who (mistakenly) thinks that real estate investing always means having to deal with tenants and toilets. It's for folks who are tired of the volatility of the stock market or the pathetic rates on their CDs, and want to see what else is out there. It's also for anyone who works with (or would like to work with) real estate investors. Experienced or brand new investors - all are welcome.
Our goal is for this group to be place where we all can learn about various strategies for cash flow investing, share best practices, hone our techniques, network a ton, and have a lot of fun along the way.
