All information must be finalized 3 weeks before the tour date. Changes to the roster cannot be made once the roster has been finalized and submitted.

As contact person for your organization, we request that you inform your group of the following information:

All US citizens 18 years of age or older visiting JPL MUST present official, government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport, before being allowed entry.

Federal security requirements insist that you provide this office with a roster (maximum 40 persons) ONE MONTH before the tour. We require the full name and country of citizenship for all adults, and full name for those under the age of 18. Anyone not on our approved roster will not be allowed on to the facility.

*Note: Substituting roster names the day of the tour is not allowed*

All non-US citizens (Foreign Nationals) 18 years of age or older MUST present either a passport or resident visa (green card) before being allowed entry. Individuals without the appropriate identification will NOT be admitted to the facility.

The tour includes considerable walking and stair climbing. Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Wheelchairs can be accommodated with prior notice. Cameras are allowed on the tour.

*Note: All tours are conducted in English*

To control the traffic flow in our visitor reception center, upon arrival, please send only one representative into the visitor reception building to notify us of your arrival. Please try to limit and/or control your guests' access to the JPL Store and restrooms.

We now have a "virtual" tour of JPL available online that is designed for students, but available to everyone. We encourage you and your students/members to visit the site at: http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/pso.

Please contact the JPL Public Services Office if there are any changes to the information you submitted after you have finalized the roster, or if your group needs to cancel the tour. The JPL Public Services Office may be reached by phone at (818) 354-9314.

Thank you for your interest in visiting JPL.

Would it help to rent a van, then drive by and pick you up?

I would need to know well enough in advanced (and gather your payment to secure your spot) to get the proper vehicle and plot the path from house to house between here and here.

That might take 3 weeks, until I know better how it works.

Your reply below helps me make the decision.

Even with 3 others I could get a car, split the rental & gas then come and get you!
