Everyone Can Write

Welcome to my new weekly writers group!

This is a group for all levels, all experiences, and all genres of writing.

Format:

-Brief guided meditation to get us all grounded and present

-A couple of 5 minute writing exercises, to be shared in break out rooms.

-Optional: Read for 10 to 15 minutes. This can be what you wrote during an exercise, or pre-written material like your latest draft (in which case I recommend sharing a link to a Google Doc that everyone can comment on directly).

-Feedback and comments. It's up to the reader on if they want feedback, constructive criticism, or just to be heard

-Space is limited to 8 folks. Even if the Meetup list is full with 8 or more, please RSVP and please do show up, as many folks sign up but don't end up joining us.

Jason has worn many hats in his life, and his latest endeavor is writing a memoir about being a professional poker player in the 1990's. After many years of attending several different types of classes, workshops and groups around writing, he finally found a format that works well for all in this new sacred group - Safe Space For Writers.
