If you already do or are considering investing in Chicago Real Estate this is your chance to learn about the inner workings and which communities are better to invest in.

Our special guest speaker, Tom Tresser, is a civic educator and public defender who has been working in grassroots democracy and community building in Chicago since 1990. He is the co-founder of the CivicLab, the editor and organizer for "Chicago Is Not Broke. Funding the City We Deserve," and Lead Illuminator for the TIF Illumination Project. In 2008 he co-founded Protect Our Parks to stop the privatization of Lincoln Park. In 2009 he was a co-leader of the No Games Chicago campaign to defeat the bid for the 2016 Olympics. He has been invited to present at over 115 community meetings since 2013.
