MVP... You keep using that word, but I don't think it means what you think it does.
Erwin van der Koogh is a recognised expert and thought leader in Agile & Lean Transformation. In town as a presenter at Agile Australia, Erwin has agreed to talk on a trending acronym: MVP (or Minimum Viable Product).
Of all the words in Lean & Agile that are misused and abused, MVP is right on top of the list. For some reason, it has come to mean: “The crappiest thing we can get away with”. As Agile BAs and Product Owners, appropriate use of and understanding of the MVP becomes an integral component of our job.
