We are now alternating monthly meetings with MS-Access, SQL Server Group (http://www.meetup.com/Berkeley-Access-Database-Users-Group/) -- odd numbered months for Databases, even numbered months for Excel. The "E" for "Even-numbered months" and "Excel".
Our next meetup will be at my office, housed in The Port Workspaces Kaiser Center at[masked]th St. in Oakland (the cross street is Webster St.). The main entrance glass doors are just to the right of the CVS at the corner for 20th and Webster. We will have a volunteer there to let you in. Call or text me at[masked] if you need help with directions.
For this meetup, we invite you to bring an Excel example to share with us, whether it's a problem that you'd like us to all try to solve together, or a clever technique that you'd like to show us. If you bring your laptop, you can plug into the projector and use WiFi.
Paid garage parking as well as free street parking (after 6pm) are both available. You may also walk to the office from the 19th Street BART.
We will ask for an optional $1-$2 donation to cover Meetup website costs.
We're looking forward to seeing you there!
PS - Let me know if you'd like to be a "door person" (that is, let people in from 5:45 - 6:15) in exchange for 1 hour of free Excel consultation.
