The course is up to three laps of the lakes round Northlands Park, as your fitness improves there is opportunity to increase the laps to four or five.
Join us after at the two lakes cafe for a well earned tea/coffee and a chat.
Meet new people and be mindful of the lovely surroundings. There are varied abilities of walkers of all age groups and everyone is welcome.
