Wednesday Workout

                                   Wednesday Workout 

This will be a fast paced workout walk covering between 14-15 km with minimal breaks.  We will start at the Avenue Louise Metro stop.  Please note, that is not the same as the previous start point. 

              **We will meet in front of the Nespresso**    

As our goal is to burn off some calories, please be aware that the group will move fast and we will have stairs to climb.   If you join us and then feel that the pace is too fast, you can leave the group at the approximate half way point and take public transport back to where you need to go.  

Please be on time as will leave promptly at 7pm.  Remember to bring a snack and water with you.
