Transitioning away from winter and on into spring, the core-focused cardio circuits will continue every Monday evening.
As usual, the sessions will focus on strength and ab-toning exercises whilst performing dynamic cardio circuits to blast your heart rate and burn fat. As the start of the competition season gets ever closer, now is the time to strengthen those core muscles aiding your performance and stamina in all three tri disciplines.
There will be a couple of 'on the floor' moves so you may want to bring some gloves or a towel to protect your hands, and of course don't forget water as even in the cold you will be sweating !!
