I have been in Norway just over 2 years. Like I said in my intro..I live in Bærum, where most of the people are highschool aged, or families-making it really hard for me to establish a social group. I go to the University of Oslo, but in classes with 250 students and almost no social contact, its impossible to meet people. I also can‘t join any clubs, because my working hours are all in the evening time, when all the clubs meet. I am looking forward to branching out and meeting new people.
I love the moral attitude about family, and the loyalty that true friends provide. While I have found it hard to make friends, the few I do have, I know I can count on. (Problem is they don‘t live around here anymore.) I also love how absolutely beautiful and safe it is here. Everyday I wake up in Norway, I can always find a moment to appreciate something about being in this country.
I don‘t really have the time/money to get out and drink or party...so no, as of now I don‘t. Looking forward to making the time though.
Hi, ’m Kelli! I come from northeastern USA. I am 25, and I love snowboarding, gymnastics, and acting. I work, study, and live in an area without many people my age, so its been hard to establish a social group. Looking forward to meeting you!
