Walk starting from the main racecourse entrance down to the river and then along one side and back on the other, crossing at Lucy’s Mill where dogs will have to be on the lead for a few minutes. There is plenty of space for dogs to run, no livestock, a little wooded area (there are some steep steps here going up and down) and a nice sit down at the weir halfway round if you feel like it. This is quite a short walk, probably takes about 1 ½ hours or so. Meet at racecourse entrance off Luddington Road where there is a small free parking area.
