A not-to-be-missed activity if you are a green tea or Longjin (Dragon Well) tea lover! This workshop is about the understanding of a very well-known green tea in China, where this tea is from and how it is made. We are going to sample this year's harvest from Shi Feng Mountains (Lion Peak). We have 6 single-day longjins (each batch is from one day harvest) which are 100% hand-fried by sifu. What's more: I shall share with you how to identify the machine-fried vs the hand-fried Longjin.
