In this presentation I walk the audience through my hands-on-experience, on how having all of your development teams on-call for the software that they create, builds normally unexplored autonomy, collaboration, commitment and agility. At PagerDuty, the same teams write the code, deploy the code and wake up to take responsibility for that code that they put out into the universe.
