This is a group for people interested in learning and polishing up their badminton skills. Thorough coaching workshops, practices and tutorials, members could develop certain level of skills, confidence, mental and physical wellness for both single and double games. Also, we would build teams to promote team spirit and friendship for different type of games. I and some volunteers are excited to serve you as we serve our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Apart from Badminton, we also pursue the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan /太極拳 ; a powerful Kung Fu or fighting skill to train reflects, gentleness, lightness, steadiness, calmness, focus and the core of the body. Tai Chi Chuan is also an excellent tool to improve our body conditions, heal sickness and nurture mental and emotional health. This list of benefit is endless to support the duress demand of badminton and to cure our body for significant urban sickness as well as sport injuries.
