Hope you all can join us for tomorrow's exploration of Insight Meditation. Last week's meeting was very rewarding. This time we'll be exploring what it means when we say that Vipassana meditation can help us to alleviate "suffering" in our lives. Just what does that mean?
As we did last week, we'll include a mix of sitting meditation and walking meditation as well in our gathering. We'll also begin to explore "Mettta" or loving-kindness meditation.
