Initial in person registration and assessment, in person, one to one.
Weekly one to one training sessions, via video, to learn training routine, proper and safe technique.
Twice weekly group phone calls, for accountability and support.
Nutrition and Health Coaching during one to one and group sessions as needed.
What do you need to do?
Contact Lara Gregory to set up initial registration and goal assessment session.
Agree to one weekly time for one to one video sessions.
Access weekly group coaching session by telephone. Start early September.
Set up My Fitness Pal account for Nutrition tracking, agree to track your eating for minimum 2 weeks, and share account access (add me as a friend) with your Coach, Lara Gregory.
Agree to weekly frequency of at home workouts, on your own, on top of one to one sessions (frequency impacts what your individual program will look like).
Agree to participate in goal achievement measure, agreed up on in initial goal assessment session.
Provide payment as of goal assessment date.
