We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to live life to it's fullest potential. This group is open to ALL people of all faiths and backgrounds interested in exploring the various options in the King of Prussia and Exton area to find a peaceful, happy, and healthy life. The Art of Living Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-based, educational and humanitarian organization that aims to uplift society through courses that focus on strengthening the individual by improving personal well-being and cultivating human values. The central piece of our programs is a combination of yoga, meditation and powerful breathing techniques that help release stress, enhance health and well-being and increase clarity, focus and productivity. The foundation has touched the lives of over 40 million people in 151 countries over the past 30 years!
