If you are interested in learning the Practical Law of Attraction, Stop Self-Sabotage, Increase Resilience, Personal Growth, Acquiring Practical Life Skills, Self-Development, Radically Transform and Improve Your Mindset: then this is who I am inviting.
I am a Certified Hypnotist and a Respiratory Therapist, who has helped many people overcome obstacles that stand in their way. I specialize in helping working professionals eliminate Self-Doubt, Imposter Syndrome, Irrational Fears, Stopping Your Insecurities From Limiting Your Life, and Stop Habits that no longer serve you. All this without years of therapy and engorging in self-help books. I am a firm believer and practitioner in the Practical Law Of Attraction and Personal Responsibility. I will share what has worked for myself and my clients. Anyone from any industry, walk of life can join.
From time to time, I know my life has been unnecessarily harder, because of outdated subconscious beliefs that appear rational, fears that paralyze me from taking the right action, blind spots in my thinking that I was not aware of, and stressful events I simply did not know how to respond to appropriately. They all have limited me, made me make not so good decisions, and stunted my growth. So, so much wasted time. Enough already!
I know from my personal and my clients' life, that all it takes is just one small thing, one small shift in perspective, one small technique, one small decision, one small change in behavior, one small idea, one small insight, one small realization, one small action step taken daily, can improve our life for the better. My goal is to create an avenue for that to happen for you.
Seriously, this Meetup is not for self-development junkies, stagnant learners waiting for checks/relationship/life experiences/feelings to magically just show up. "Someday" just does not exist, at least for my clients and me. We are finally waking up and starting to realize that all there is, is the power of now.
In every meeting, one or more practical (and proven) central skills are shared.
Then we discuss how and what action steps must be taken. We just cannot leave it as a nice-sounding feel-good theory.
The focus is on taking very specific action steps that lead to progress, never perfection. Try it. Practice it. Modify it. Absorb it into your life. Sometimes, curse it for not working as you hoped for.....and then try again.
I do NOT promise results.
I only share what seems to work for "most" people, in various degrees.
Life is ultimately a journey that we all partake either as a passenger or as someone sitting in the driver's seat. There are many things in life we do not have control; however, there are many things we do have influence off. It will be fun, uplifting, sometimes boring but effective, to clear obstacles that show up in your life and capitalize on opportunities The Law Of Attraction brings our way.
Ultimately, I selfishly want for my self and (you) to experience : ~ a better sense of peace ~ drop habits that no longer serve me (you) ~ create new empowering habits ~ practice humility ~ to be kind, gentle, and strong even under provocation. ~ better relationship with money ~ create deeper quality relationships with people important to me (you). ~ more fun ~ be more resilient ~ don't stupidly magnify problems or minimize it. See things for what it really is. ~ stop living in fear ~ take risks ~ be willing to fail ~ richer life experiences ~ better emotional and physical health ~ profoundly help and have a positive impact on other people's life. ~ exploring other modalities and methods complementary to the Law of Attraction ~ shift from having random results to consciously creating results. ~ learn from people who are wiser and more experienced in areas I am (you are) curious and know very little about.
Many of us are blind to the profound capabilities in us. At the same time, we appear to be innocent victims of our subconscious mind that self sabotages all our good intentions. We can improve on that.
It is 100% about awareness, responsibility, and accountability to ourselves. I am SO, SO, SO looking forward to meeting each one of you.
