F-I-TLife is a place where COMMITTED like-minded individuals come together to improve our health and wellness as well as enjoy each others company. F-I-TStudio is the space where we meet on a regular basis to sweat, laugh and support each other in our transformational journey.
For the dance fitness classes, Denny combines music and dance moves from all over the world and puts these into her dance fitness class for all levels to enjoy. Who enjoys these classes on a regular basis? Those who love to SWEAT. Those who love to DANCE. Those who love to PUSH BEYOND THEIR LIMITS (gently). Most importantly those who are ready to COMMIT. Those tired of making excuses why NOT and especially those who do NOT associate a “good” dance fitness class with being FAST. This space is definitely NOT for those who correlate dance fitness as hooting, hollering and excessive hip shaking, hair flinging and repetitive twerking. Denny provides a true dance fitness workout - not the latest trend, no excessive jumping, twisting or injury prompting movements. There is proper warm up, progression and cool down. It is a WORKOUT. She has been teaching since 2/2007 and provides classes throughout Maryland in various communities and corporate facilities. The moves in this class are repetitive and progressive, which enable participants to learn by repetition until muscle memory is built. Fitness moves are also incorporated into these routines to support faster results in toning the muscles. F-I-TStudio is for all body types, shapes, and sizes. Particularly those who are not fond of the ‘gym’ mentality; need motivation to stay committed; haven’t worked out in a long time; are not naturally fit and trim. Participants of Denny’s classes embrace their transformation because it’s a collective journey.
Our small group class participants actually enjoy working out and spending time together on a regular basis because we hold each other accountable and committed.
