This is a popular and public event PLEASE PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST. It is cross posted in other groups. There is a link and phone number at the bottom of the post. I am not affiliated with Boston Sailing Center and only posted the info I was able to find on their site. :)

Ever been on a boat? Ever taken the wheel while on one? Come join us and give both a try. I've gone about three times usually in April. I decided 50° isn't warm enough for me. They will show us how to raise the sails, steer, let us explore the boat and answer questions while we sailing around Boston Harbor for about fifteen minutes or so. Don't forget to take pictures and share them of you at the wheel!
Let's meet: (THIS PART HAS CHANGED) at the 54 Lewis Wharf at our individual scheduled boat trip times. Mine is 1PM.
Again the reserved seats for all times for this day are sold out but they take walk-ins and some meetup members may have extra tickets.
We currently have over 200 people r.s.v.p'ed for this event across 4 meetup groups and they have limited boats and crew to sail them even after they teach you how to sail haha!.

AFTERWARDS: After you get off the boat (THIS PART HAS CHANGED). We wont be going to Joes Bar and Grille. However the sailing place has what they call a docked ferry a few feet away (pictured below) they serve wine and beer. Let's regroup there and we can chit chat there. Those that want to do something afterwards like eat can stay with me as we wander to our next destination.

As always keep a eye on the comment section to see where people are after the sailing is done.
Their info:
"We're offering free sails on Boston Harbor. Go for a sail on one of our boats ranging from 24 to 40 feet. Each boat will be captained by an experienced sailor, so you can sit back and enjoy the ride or take a turn on the helm."

Reservations Required as a way to ensure everyone gets on and less lines-use the link.
