The Federation of Agile Testers in the Netherlands (in short FAT-NL) is a Dutch user group offering a platform for anyone interested in Testing in Agile environments. Our goal is to share knowledge, exchange personal experiences and to discuss test tooling, templates, articles, press releases etc. We aim to do so by organizing events in the form of presentations and open spaces.
In software delivery we often just focus on optimizing the process of building software. We however fail to deliver its intended value, or worse we are not even aware of the value our product should deliver.
During this meetup we will discuss your experiences and practices. Together we will explore ways to deliver products that provide actual value to its users.
Gojko Adzic will lead a discussion and help answer the questions surrounding this problem. Together we can investigate how we can create and maintain a portfolio overview of product ideas and deliverables. How can we measure and interpret our products usage, in order to build it right. How should we organise ourselves to prioritise our work and make our business decisions in the most effective way.
Food and drinks will be provided
Parking at Rabobank is possible
Please be aware that there is strict door regulation at the Rabobank reception. It will make things easier for you when both first and last name are known up front (you can send a private message to the organisers of this event if your name is hidden on Meetup).
N.B. This meetup is also open to Rabobank employees via internal sign-up. Therefore it will be larger than you see here. (If you can choose both options, please select only ONE to sign up)
