Shambhala Vision is rooted in the principle that every human being has a fundamental nature of basic goodness. Through meditation, this nature can be developed in daily life so that it radiates out to family, friends, community and society.
Developing a regular meditation practice is much easier with the support and companionship of fellow meditators. Our center offers free walk-in group meditation four days a week in a welcoming setting. Meditation instruction or orientation is always free and usually available on request at the beginning of each session.
Our shrine room is open during the following hours. Walk-ins welcome!
Sundays 10 - 12 Alternating sessions of sitting & walking meditation as well as opening and closing chants.
