Full Body HIIT Workout

THURSDAY NIGHT WORKOUTS!!! Three classes for every level of fitness at 6:45pm- 

Body Blast : High intensity- High Impact interval training (HIIT) workout.
This class will get your heart pumping! Everyone's sore the next day! Epic tracks to sweat to!

Body Burn :  Moderate Intensity- Low Impact workout. A great all-levels workout- nothing to be afraid of if you're just getting started! Upper & Lower body, and tons of booty and core focus!

DanceFit : Bring your smile and some water! Promises to be a fun cardio workout with tons of energy!

Post recovery shakes served after each class and included with workout! The workout starts at 7p but please arrive at 6:45 so you can get set with shake order and daily membership donation ($6) before class starts. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts so I can meet you!
