Our April guest is Oliver Kroner, Cincinnati's sustainability coordinator at the Office of Environment and Sustainability.

"How do we engineer cities to be more sustainable?" Oliver asks and explains, "Cities claim two percent of the earth, 54 percent of the human population, and over 70 percent of the world’s carbon emissions.

"It has become increasingly clear that cities will lead the global effort to combat climate change. Cincinnati is on the frontlines, with a sustainability strategy that combines science, policy, technology, and behavior change to map the city’s transition to a low-carbon economy."

Come join us, meet Oliver, and learn what he is doing to address today's sustainability efforts.
