It's easy to put yourself on the back burner during the first few years of motherhood. We feel focusing on yourself once in a while will help you maintain a strong sense of self and ultimately help you be a better mom (once a month). * Moms on a Mission activities - help better the community where you live and play. FIT4MOM, the country's largest fitness program for every stage of motherhood, hosts Our Village. Stroller Strides offers innovative stroller workout classes for mom and child(ren). Though including a workout in your routine is a powerful tool to maintaining energy and overall health, there is no requirement to enroll in Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, or Body Back exercise classes, although we would like to connect with you at class as well.
