Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in the South Seattle area: Moms Night Out, playgroups, outings, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

This playgroup is sponsored by FIT4MOM South Seattle (offering stroller-fitness, prenatal and moms-only HIIT classes at Jefferson and Seward Park). It is free and open to all families in the South Seattle area regardless of their involvement in Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby or Body Back classes however we do invite you to check out our class schedule and programs on our website: southseattle.fit4mom.com. Your first Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre class is free- so come try one on us anytime!

Are you looking for a way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your child? Stroller Strides may be just what you are looking for! Stroller Strides helps you get in shape while entertaining your little one and meeting other moms. All fitness levels are welcome (and pregnant moms too)!

With free weekly playgroups, monthly moms night out activities and great workouts, you get the support you need to become a fit, healthy, happy mom. Come out soon and join the fun!

Stroller Strides

FIT4MOM South Seattle Studio

Come join us for an hour workout with your little ones. We will sing and act silly while we workout. Afterward the kiddos will get out of the strollers for a play date.

Stroller Barre

Seward Park

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Body Back Boost

Seward Park

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago.

Family Stroller Strides Class

Seward Park
