Here at Fit4Mom South Seattle, our mission is to “lead a community of women and families in South Seattle who come together to find greater support and strength in motherhood and beyond. Through physical fitness and health, we help our members find a gateway into greater empowerment, self-love, and sisterhood.” Our vision, toward which we are constantly striving, is to “reflect the beauty, power, and diversity of our community by empowering women through greater strength and limitless possibility.” We hope that you join us in any way that feels like a good fit for your stage in motherhood and life. Here are our program offerings:

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Body Back Boost® Experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge, empower, and recharge you. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week results-based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each months activities are scheduled in our local area. Moms Night Out, playgroups, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood! Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Stroller Strides

Our signature program offering "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! Stroller Strides is a wonderful Mommy-and-Me activity! Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and strength training using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post-natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. All of our instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. Dress appropriately for exercise. Bring a water bottle & yoga mat for core work and stretching. Family Stroller Strides Class

Come join us for an hour workout with your little ones. We will sing and act silly while we workout. Afterward the kiddos will get out of the strollers for a play date. Bring your spouse for $5.
