Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, in the comfort of your home. It's accessible to all levels; however, some prior experience attending the gym or fitness activities is preferable, as we do not have a professional trainer - we simply have a volunteer that leads the routine. We do a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises, and happy for people to do their own modifications and/or work out at their own pace. Come and try it out, we'd love to see you there!
