4th Annual Gratitude Yoga BENEFIT for the Denver Rescue Mission
Come stretch away stress, re-center your heart in gratitude and your mind in peace as you prepare for the Thanksgiving season. Spend an hour doing blissful, flow yoga while benefiting the The Denver Rescue Mission. What we're about

Are you a woman who wants to let go of self-judgment, and move into an EMPOWERED, POWERFUL and JUDGMENT-FREE life? Then you have found the right group! We are all about letting GO of the status quo, helping each other RELEASE the SHOULDS that weigh us down, and find ways to live happier, healthier lives that are WAY MORE FUN!

Although it is my personal belief that ALL permanent change happens through divine DANCE and movement, this group is NOT just about dancing. Yes, we LOVE to go out dancing together, but this group is about empowering our bodies, minds AND our spirits. We work out, we show, we have coffee dates, we drink wine, we read and discuss books, we make malas, we EXPLORE and we CONNECT in our own version of a DIVINE GODDESS CIRCLE.

No matter what we do, we our mission is to support our fellow Goddess sisters! Whether it's about personal growth, weight loss, fitness, health, transformation, sisterhood, embracing our feminine fullness or connecting with our bodies through movement and learning to release BODY SHAME, our mission is to have FUN and support each other in the process.

Do you love to dance with fellow girlfriends WITHOUT the pressure of dating? Periodically we go out on the town for a night of dancing.

Do you want to get in better shape or lose weight? We two morning fitness classes for you to explore--Monday morning yoga and Wednesday morning cardio boot camp, that will keep you smiling all day long.

We have pop-up fitness events such as hikes, trying fitness classes at different studios around town, and even doing workout DVD's together. We have retreats, classes on health, fitness, spirituality and nutrition, and we even have happy hour or coffee opportunities.
