Welcome to London’s soon to be greatest social bootcamp! Join us while we work out to the latest TUNES. Who are we? We are a group of social beings who love working out with friends on Sunday mornings. You're guaranteed to be introduced to the group before we kick off. What's great about group exercise is that the group provides motivation to push yourself harder than you normally would on your own — and the variety of exercises every week makes it fun, rewarding and worthwhile. You will be supported and encouraged to push yourself to your limits as an individual to ensure you gain maximum benefits each week. All fitness levels are welcome, so come along and test yourself among friends. Do I need to pay? Bootcamp is FREE for each session and is aimed at bringing people to together while exercising. Please have a Meetup photo that clearly shows what you look like. This helps the instructors and other bootcampers to remember you. What do I need to bring? Get a pair of gloves and a mat if you like. Most of us work out without it and not afraid to feel a bit of mud. Where is it again? Location: https://goo.gl/CKdv8N When do I get there? Please arrive at 10:50am for 11.00am start. Look for a group of people dressed to exercise at our meeting spot. Check in with your organiser, say hi to old friends and new. Most newbies tell their organiser a bit about them and any injuries you may have, so we can give you some alternative exercises or work around them. While the group waits for everyone to arrive, you can chat with the others, or simply chill out & make the most of the fresh air. What do I expect from the fitness sessions? Every session we run is different to the last. We mix up our workouts each time, so it’s super varied. Boredom just isn’t an option. The variety keeps the body guessing. The result is an all-round level of fitness that’s hard to achieve if you just do the same thing every week. We typically break up the sessions into 10-minute blocks covering every fitness discipline from fat burning intervals, calorie blasting circuits, team games, toning, shaping, and the foundation exercises for that rock solid core. You can expect to meet someone new each session. We regularly do partner work & team games in between sets. It’s great fun and brings out a bit of friendly competition. After the session we get together for coffee or brunch. It really is so much more than a workout. Small print Attending any bootcamp session is absolutely at your own risk.
