Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. There are many styles of Hatha Yoga. Some use a specific series of postures; others use a flow of movements, while some may use props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch. All styles of Hatha Yoga, however, encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Our Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga. Mid-week yoga session every Tuesday. Meditate, breathe and move in this yoga class. Great for everybody!

To share yoga with the commUNITY, we are one.
To give you the opportunity to explore and discover the benefits of Yoga.
To provide a place to raise vibrations, breathe and be present.

All skill levels, are welcome. We meet four times a week--That's right 4 Donation-Based ($5-$10) yoga classes a week. Totally chill atmosphere and great vibes! Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 pm for a Candlelight Yoga Class. We also have a Sunday Funday Yoga Class that meets at 10:00 am.
