Learn to navigate through a French wine list like
a Master Sommelier at the "Tour of France" Wine Tasting events, held bi-monthly at Mon Ami Gabi.
Monday, March 31st, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30p.m. will
be the second class of a four-part series featuring wines from eight different wine regions of France. Attendees
will be educated on the southwestern regions of
Bordeaux and Cahors, focusing on six different vintages. Seared Scallops with capers and roasted
cauliflower, Crispy Duck Confit with poached egg, frisee, and baby red kale salad, and slow roasted short
ribs with sautéed wild mushrooms, and Yukon gold
pomme puree by Executive Chef Martin Ticar. Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur, all can taste and
appreciate the selections being offered.
The cost is $35 per person,plus tax, gratuity not
