Meditation isn't just sitting with your eyes closed trying to quiet your mind. It is an act of connection, of awareness of self and the universe.
Take a walk in nature in an active meditation and allowing you to deepen your self-awareness of yourself as nature. Connecting to natural surroundings can expand your awareness and connectedness to your life, body, mind, and spirit.
Group limited to 6
This will be about a 3-4 mile walk in easy paved & unpaved terrain. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water/snacks if you like. There is a Restroom at the entrance.
We will meet at 8am Nimbus Flat State Park entrance at the Hazel Ave Park & Ride
It's just past the aquatic center across from Nimbus Hatchery.
