So please pass this note on to anyone who is now starting a business, looking for new strategies or looking for business.  I can't guarantee immediate results, but I will guarantee that your network will grow.  And a growing network is good for everyone.  Call it random crowdsourced karma, or just call it a good business practice to know who is in your community.

So please join us for "The New Basics of Marketing."  Even if you think you know everything there is to know about marketing you can meet some great people, and maybe even share what you know.

Lisa Abourezk of will lead this discussion.  Peter Propp of will also present.  We will discuss some of the tactical approaches that are available as you bring products to market.  More importantly we will discuss the importance of an end-to-end marketing strategy.  Not just how to create demand and generate sales -- but how to create an overall strategy that allows you make sure you are talking about the right product to the right people in such a way that they are able to consider your product or offering for purchase, and then have an experience with your product or offering that makes them want to buy it again.
