Tonight in Westport at the Library -- Westport Stories-- Tuesday, Jan. 31 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Our esteemed Teem-mate Mark Mathias writes --

Peter,

Would you mind announcing tonight’s WestportSTORIES event to the FairCoTEEM group, that would be great.   The intent is to involve the community in creating their own interviews of people in small one-on-one video vignettes as well as the “Live” public events, so your members would be great sources of stories about Westport.

You can read about the event at:

    http://www.westportct.gov/index.aspx?page=35&recordid=731

Here's the critical details:

"The first event is on Tuesday, Jan. 31 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. It will feature Michael Miller, senior vice president for technology strategy at Ziff Brothers Investments, a private investment firm, and the former editor-in-chief of PC Magazine. He will be interviewed by Westporter Mark Mathias, who has worked in the field of technology for both large and small companies and is the technology columnist for Westport News. The interview will be conducted in the Library's McManus Room and will be carried live on Westport TV Channel 79 (Cablevision) and Channel 99 (ATT). It will also stream live from the Library's website and from the town's Videostream page, and it will be available on DVD through the Library catalog."
