This group is for anyone looking to prioritize their personal growth. Our area of focus spans physical, emotional, and mental health- including but not limited to:
-Mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, disordered eating, etc.)
-Navigating life transitions and hardships
-Coping with stress
-Challenges within interpersonal relationships
-Physical wellness goals (nutrition, exercise)
Our bi-weekly support meetings are centered around sharing openly about life struggles we are facing, providing feedback and encouragement to others, and discussing new ideas. Above all, our aim is to be a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to feel heard and valued. Authentic relationships centered on growth and support are one of the core values of our group.
Our bi-weekly online support groups are available for anyone looking to discuss all aspects of wellness- whether mental, physical, emotional, social, etc. We are an open, accepting community that provides a safe space for members to share life challenges and stressors they may be going through. Fairfax Wellness is always welcoming new members. We love to hear each other's stories, discuss current struggles, and set goals for the future- while providing supportive feedback and encouragement to each other on our journeys.
