Bi-weekly Monday meetings are centered around sharing wellness goals, providing feedback and encouragement to others, and discussing new ideas. Above all, our aim is to be a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to feel heard and valued. We also plan to hold additional fun outings once a month as a means to facilitate community among members. Authentic relationships centered on growth and support are one of the core values of our group.
This meeting is for members who have not yet been able to attend our Monday night support sessions for whatever reason! It will be open discussion centered on mental/physical health. Everyone is welcome to share, give and receive feedback and support :)
