I am a Integrative Psychotherapist and I run Family Constellation, Body/Breath/Pulsation workshops for individuals who enjoy learning, growing and transforming their lives. I run the workshops with Colleagues and alone. The groups are about encouraging personal exploration and transformation and look at Family systems and tensions which block the flow of life. Pulsation workshops work with the breath and the body and facilitate emotional release from muscular armouring which is often tensions and traumas trapped in the body' system.

My aim is to offer an opportunity to individuals to explore their blockages from a systemic point of view and a personal somatic point of view. Workshops run separately and as retreats where I combine both the personal and systemic. Look out for the different workshops.

You should join this group: if you are interested in change, transformation, personal inquiry, and human potential. If you are experiencing difficulties in life which create blocks to the flow of where you may want your life to travel. If you suffer from anxiety, depression, financial difficulties, relationship problems, family issues, career blockage, addictions and/or sexual dysfunctions to name a few. Think of these groups as confidential support groups where you can work on issues directly and indirectly.

Members will benefit from experiential learning, and may experience profound shifts and/or insights which can facilitate transformation where problems have seemed insurmountable in the past. The process can be challenging but enlightening. Where we are taught to avoid our problems whilst often watching them grow, these workshops will gently support the acknowledgment of difficulties in a way which encourages healing in a supportive and heartfelt environment.

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a type of therapy that provides a way of looking at issues which we experience often as defeating blocks, struggles, tensions or anxieties. Often the actual reason for such stuck patterns remain unconscious but the experience of them can be felt in our personal life, work-related diffculties, relationships, family and financial.

Family Constellations is a systemic therapy: it looks at our experience of life as the product of the wider family and cultural systems. Things can become difficult or go wrong when our place in these systems becomes problematic for one reason or another - perhaps because of family secrets, traumatic events, entanglements, identifications, injustices, or relationship breakdowns.

A workshop offers a chance to take a fresh look at these troubles within a group, rather different from the individually focused lens we are often accustomed to. Family Constellations is complementary to other kinds of therapies and/or quests and it explores how each of us belong to family systems, networks of people, times, culture and places, with whom our lives are intimately bound.

Participants in constellations workshops frequently find what emerges to be unexpected, illuminating, and liberating. To attend a workshop, you do not need to have a particular issue in mind but we all benefit if you come along with an open heart.

During a day workshop 4 or so participants will have a chance directly to look at their concern and take the place of what is called the issue holder, while other members of the group are involved and generously offer themselves in service of an individual's constellation. The issue holder will have a short interview with the facilitator in order to determine the issue at hand and to clarify the way forward. When the issue and often the client's heart's intention is established they will be asked to choose participants from the group to representative either family members, concepts, countries etc.. It is a phenomenological process and  through observation many entanglements, tensions, blockages etc are revealed. It is quite mysterious how people who have never met each other start to experience phenomena which belongs to the issue holders family and its system. Participants often express the great gains and benefits they receive from their involvement. I encourage you to come along and experience it for yourself.

What is Pulsation?

Pulsation is a method created by Aneesha Dillion and is a means of “self-exploration and personal growth, which works through the body and the life energy system, to re-claim our natural aliveness and expressiveness. It is one of the foundations of Osho Therapy, and provides the awareness and the tools to ground this personal growth process in the body, using breathing, movement, and sound to explore the full range of sensations, feelings and emotions that we carry inside.

Pulsation's body-based approach to personal growth is deeply rooted in the revolutionary work of Wilhelm Reich, and is guided by some of the ‘maps’ of body-energy flow, which he discovered. Techniques using breathing, body movements, and expressive sounds form a framework to explore the tensions and blocks, which have formed in the body over many years of conditioning and repression.

Pulsation restores a sense of wholeness by reclaiming the rejected and disowned feelings, which we have pushed down into the unconscious, the basementof our being. Through deep neo-Reichian breathing and direct hands-onwork to loosen the muscular armor, we tap into biological and instinctual layers, which connect us with the life force itself. Once the inner pressure of unexpressed energies is released, a profound relaxation follows, deep into the core. We are able to settle into ourselves more easily in silence and meditation.” Aneesha Dillion

What are Active meditations?

Active Meditations are based on Osho’s active meditations. Osho is an Indian mystic who recognized the Western hyper activity of the mind and body and created scientifically researched meditations for the modern man. These meditations enable an increased sense of self-awareness, encourage inner growth, clarity and potential and enhance a sense of well-being, alertness and increased vitality. A journey into one’s self where one is one’s own boss is encouraged.
