As a Personal Trainer and Former Labor & Delivery Nurse I educate women throughout pregnancy in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset, understanding pregnancy and body changes, staying comfortable and happy for a safe and successful birthing experience.
For new moms, this is a great group to connect with for support and a few laughs about the reality of mom life and the affect it has on us day to day. Learn and love yourself and your baby with low impact workouts focuses on core and pelvic floor stability. As well as breathing and mind set focus to gain control of the new changes happening in your world and the babies world daily.
