Thanks so much to everyone who helped produce this event! I really enjoyed the company and the mini lectures from TED. I hope to see you all again soon.

Even though I couldn't come yesterday, I am interested in an ongoing group. I am generally free Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Yesterday, a number people indicated an interest in forming an ongoing group which might meet once a month at lunch to continue discussing creativity and transitions. Let me know if you are interested in participating and whether you might be available on a weekday or a weekend.

So I am, perhaps we could be open with the day of the week, depending if the others attending agree. I will very glad to host in Mill Valley.

Thanks to Zoie for putting together a thought- and conversation-generating presentation. And of course, to Joe and Susan who opened their lovely home to us.

I thought the three speakers Zoie chose were very good - esp enjoyed Isabelle Allende. Attendees were all very friendly, and the Zinfandel, outstanding.

I realized while driving home, I have a question I like to ask myself when I'm stuck in my life or on a project - "If you were assured of success, what's the one thing you would do?" This tends to clear out the internal objections I put in front of myself that keep me from being clear on what I want to do – "it won't work, it's too expensive, it's too late in life to start," etc. With those cleared aside, at least for the moment, I can more clearly evaluate the direction in which I'd like to go. (And THEN evaluate whether the plan really is realistic, can be done on a reasonable budget, still time left, etc.) I thought others mind find this question as useful as I have. Thanks again to Zoie, Edwin, and venue hosts for putting the event together.
