Let's upgrade a knitting machine with a computer und start knitting some images

We will make a workshop and show you how to upgrade a knitting machine with a tiny computer and start knitting your logos and images right away. Brother produced knitting machines until the 90ies, where they used patterns that you could knit. The Ayab project has hacked those machines and designed a small shield, that we will connect to a machine. Now we can knit any image we upload to our PC. Everything will be done live at the event and you can see how easy it is. We upgrade a machine and will show you how to knit.

Hi Mario! I would love to be there. Can't afford the time or the money to come to Berlin for an afternoon unfortunately. I've got the correct knitting machine and the AYAB kit but haven't done the work yet.
