Faster Stronger Project is a small group strength and conditioning program led by CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and OCR enthusiast, Josh Gibson.
We are dedicated to providing great programming to help individuals prepare for the demands of life and endurance sports, i.e. running, cycling, obstacle course racing, hiking, trail running, and more. We have a strong community of like-minded individuals that train, laugh, and race together. We train for life, sport, and everything in-between.
