Dear Awe-Inspiring New Members,

No need to ever pay for a gym membership when you can exercise in your home with some awesome women over 50 who want to get fit and build friendships.

This Meetup will take care of your strengthening, cardiovascular and flexibility needs all in the comfort of your home.

Many women came to this Meetup with a beginner's fitness level. Today these same women climb mountains, swinging from poles, enter Tough Mudder obstacles courses, walk 40 miles and more. We go to parties together, singing recitals, plays and movies getting to know each other on a more personal level.

I love my Meetup page, however the cost of running it is starting to add up.

I've had my Meetup since 2015. The cost of paying the Meetup subscription fee, Zoom webinar monthly fee, upgraded Tabata fee, paying drop in fees and driving to and from Meetup activities is adding up to be costly. I've set in place a $15.00 a month fee that will start in 14 days. If you chose not to pay the dues your name will automatically be removed.

As I mention above this is more than just a Meetup page to me, I've met and made friends with some incredible women, however I must ask that the members share in the cost of running the page.

Dear New Member, You will be offered a 14 day trial period to come and meet some awesome 50 something women. I hope you decide to stay.

High Point Farm

Need to work on your upper body strength and teamwork skills?? Here is a good place to start. Are you ready to try a new adventure? Are you ready to conquer obstacles in the mud and in the air?? Crawl over obstacles and jog thru the terrain at High Point Farm. Conquer over 20 obstacles with friends for the race of your life! All the obstacles are there if you want to challenge yourself, however you can always walk around any of the obstacles. You have 10 weeks to train. I'm training 4 days a week come join me. Turn on your computer, grab your cell phone log in to Zoom.com and start moving. You can exercise in your home or live in any city and be a part of a fun and exciting exercise group. All you need is a camera, microphone, chair and a yoga mat. The instructor will lead you into an exercise system called Tabata. This system is easy to remember: 25 seconds of working out, followed by 15 seconds of rest, and repeat. The short rest intervals force the body to keep moving before it actually recovers from the previous set—and that's part of the reason why Tabata leads to significant aerobic and anaerobic gains. You will choose your own pace and intensity. I am a Certified Personal Trainer I will be your instructor, coach and cheerleader. Note: I will always demonstrate a high and low intensity exercise for the HIIT group. For beginners and people with knee pain chair exercises will also be demonstrated. Have a chair and yoga mat available and Let’s Get Fit Together!! At the end of each session we will have some girl talk about the program and your fitness level.
