The track workout is designed for runners of any and all abilities!
NOTE: If you already do not have access to Fort Bragg, you will need a pass to get on post. Go to the Visitors Center at the All American Freeway gate to get one. Note that now you can get a pass for a full year!!!!!
Parking lot is located directly next to the track. Alternate/additional parking can be found in the Callahan Fitness Center parking lot. Callahan Fitness Center is located on Reilly Rd, immediately across from Hedrick Stadium.
