MOVING OUR START LOCATION TO SLATINGTON TRAILHEAD OF THE D&L TRAIL FOR THE SUMMER AS WELL AS CHANGING START TIME TO 6:00 PM so we can take advantage of all the great gravel roads and trails Northern Lehigh has to offer! (We'll move start location/time back to Fitness Central/Ironton Rail Trail in the Fall.)
Every week we'll feature a different route generally between 25-35 miles in length as the days get longer in the Summer before we back off a bit as the days get shorter toward the end of Summer. Plan on approximately 2 hours of ride time depending upon daylight and conditions. Pace will be social 12-14 mph on the flats and slower on the climbs. We'll regroup often, take breaks as needed and no one will be dropped.
Helmets and tail lights required. Headlights are strongly recommended as daytime running lights are a great way to increase your visibility to other drivers on the road and in case we get stuck out late due to a mechanical.
Bring water, snacks and tube for your bike.
Be prepared for a fun workout!

NOTE: Since the terrain on this ride varies week to week will post ideal bikes for the ride as we tend to mix it up to keep it interesting. Check comments section of each week’s ride for updates on course, bike choice, etc.
